Budget

The Budgeting division is responsible for overseeing and managing the County’s budget. The responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing monthly reports
  • Working with each department to stay within their budget
  • Managing grant financial reporting
  • Providing assistance and timely responses to Board and County administrator requests for budget analysis 
  • Creating and maintaining documents for budget processes
  • Analyzing budget requests and maintaining records
  • Managing partner agencies
  • Preparing the budget book
  • Coordinating and preparing the County’s budget
    • Monitoring departmental expenditures and revenue to assure budgetary compliance
    • Coordinating all department budget adjustment requests
    • Reconciling additional appropriation, and transfers to the current budget
